Leading day-to-day management of our plasma collection team to safely deliver sufficient supply to meet programme needs. You will take ownership for the operational success of your team to ensure we deliver a first-class donor experience. You will be a mentor to your team and provide support and leadership to further their development and performance. You will inspire your team through positive leadership to provide exceptional and safe care for our donors and donated plasma.
